God's Plan For Us

God wants us all to know that we are going to Heaven,
but we must come God’s way.

• First of all, we are all sinners. "For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God." (Romans 3:23)
  
  

• Because of our sin, we are under the penalty for sin. "For the wages of sin is death." (Romans 6:23) This penalty means eternal separation from God in an eternal Hell.
  
  

• He sent His only Son to die and pay the penalty of our sins. "But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us." (Romans 5:8)
  
  

• God’s love is so great that He made a way for our sins to be forgiven. He offers His forgiveness and salvation freely. "The gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord." (Romans 6:23)
  
  

• God offers Heaven as a Gift purchased with His blood on the cross. But like all gifts, it is not yours until you receive it.

Here is how you can receive Christ. "If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved." (Romans 10:9) You must believe in your heart and call on the Lord to save you. "For whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved." (Romans 10:13)
